Dr Carmen Main graduated in 2003 from the University of Queensland. Prior to her medical degree she obtained an Honours Degree from UQ in Science, with a special interest in Microbiology. Working at the Royal Brisbane Women’s Hospital and Royal Children’s Hospital before completing her GP fellowship in 2010.

Carmen enjoys the diversity of general practice and has a special interest in women’s health and antenatal care, balancing her time in general practice with surgical assisting.
